motherjones: Tom Philpott’s description of this weird “meat glue” product (above) doubles as the worst restaurant menu item of all time: Three strips of beef that have been bound together with “meat glue” and rolled into a log, in preparation for being sliced into steak-like pieces. With club sauce. More stuff that keeps me awake at night, freaking out.
